1 Spot Left for Rock-Climbing!

Hey parents! There is only 1 spot left for rock-climbing at Upper Limits on the 4th and 5th grade trip to SuperStart (March 2-3 at Eastview Christian Church in Normal, IL)! After this spot is filled, we will be taking the rest of the students who register for SuperStart! to the Eastland Mall in Bloomington to have a fun afternoon (Saturday). Full payment along with completed registration forms must be turned in so your child can participate in rock-climbing.

Registration and payment is all due by Sunday, February 5! Make sure you get it all in because your child will NOT want to miss out on an incredible weekend!

Registration is underway for SuperStart! If you haven't registered your 4th or 5th grader yet, make sure you do so immediately! There are only 10 spots left for rock climbing at Upper Limits. After those 10 spots are filled, the other children will be taken as a group to Eastland Mall in Bloomington, IL. Make sure you get your registration and full payment in to Erin Fenelon as soon as possible to have the chance to participate at Upper Limits! Registration closes on Sunday, February 5!

SuperStart! Registration

Registration packets will be available for children in 4th and 5th grades to bring home on Sunday, January 8 for SuperStart! Be sure to be at FCC on Sunday and make sure your preteen child comes to The Warehouse to pick up a packet during small group time. Registration is only open from January 8-February 5, and your child WON'T want to miss out!

SuperStart is an overnight CIY event geared for preteens in 4th and 5th grade. It provides a safe environment for your students to learn and grow in their relationships with their friends, with their leaders, and most importantly, with God. Throughout the event, your preteens will encounter Christ through high-energy worship, interactive teaching, and small groups all designed with their needs in mind.

SuperStart! 2012

Attention all parents of 4th and 5th graders!!

SuperStart! is a CIY overnight event for preteens in 4th and 5th grade. SuperStart! provides a safe environment for students to learn and grow in their relationships with their friends, their leaders, and most importantly with God. Throughout the event, your preteens will encounter Christ through high-energy worship, interactive teaching, and small groups all designed with their needs in mind. When you bring your preteen students to SuperStart! you can be sure that they will leave with not only a great weekend experience, but also the teachings and foundation to further amplify Christ’s call on their lives to become Kingdom Workers.

FCC is taking a group of children to the event, which is held at Eastview Christian Church in Normal, IL. The event is March 2-3, 2012. We will be leaving (tentatively) from FCC at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 2 and should be arriving back at FCC at about 4:15 p.m. on Saturday, March 3. The cost of the trip is $68. This covers registration for the event, transportation, a snack on Friday night, breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and extra activities during the trip. Your child will need to bring a sack lunch for the bus on Friday night. More information will be available in January (children will receive packets from their small groups). Registration will be open from January 8-February 5.
